VALUATION OF ALL RATEABLE PROPERTY: 

PROVISION
VALUATION ROLL:  OPEN FOR INSPECTION

Notice
is hereby given in terms of the provisions of section 69 of the Local
Authorities Act, 1992 (Act 23 of 1992), as amended, that the provisional
valuation roll is lying open for inspection during ordinary office hours in the
offices of the Local Authority Council of Hentiesbaai, calling upon the owners
of rateable property in respect of which a valuation is contained in the
provisional roll, to lodge objections and grounds for such objections in
writing against any such valuation with the Local Authority Council within 21
days as from date of publication of this notice.

Valuation Court Hearing has been scheduled for WEDNESDAY, 1^ST FEBRUARY 2012 AT 10:00 COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
